The Treborth Histororical society are doing a special day with Betty Gray on the 30th June 2012 at Treborth Public Hall (just down the road from Betty's house for those that know it. For those that don't just look up Llangyfellach Road in Treborth, Swansea)
It is between 11am and 3pm and looks at the contribution that Betty has made to the fame of Treborth.

All players gave a good account of themselves and put on some very good performances. Well Done to all players and coaches!!
The Cardiff area produced the winners at the schools finals for this season. Bishops Llandaff beat Whichchurch 3-2 in the team event final to claim the top prize. Tonyrefaill and Newport were 3rd/4th respectively.
In the singles event, Huw Standen of Whitchurch had to face a loss in the group to John Clarke of Bishops Llandaff, to come through and take the title. In the final he reversed the result in the group and beat John 3-1.
Alasdair Weir beat Elliot Weinberg 3-1 to take 3rd spot
Joe Swan beat fellow team-mate Sam Thomas in the consolation final
