Charlotte Carey, Nicole Hall, Laura Edwards and Beth Roberts finished 4th. It was unfortunate that Nicole picked up an illness to limit her competition but all the girls played to a high level.
Lewis Williams, Conor Edwards, Ryan Oyler and Alex Prosser had 2 of the best teams in their initial group so was always going to find it tough to get to the semi finals. The 5/6 playoff match should have brought better fortunes but after losing that it was Ireland for a lowly 7th spot which they won.
Cellan Hall, Kiran Parry and Ashley Wray should feel proud after their round robin competition in the disability event saw them finish a very respectable 4th place. It was Ashley's first event which is a great achievement.
Angharad Phillips took the band 1 title with a nice 3-0 win against Essex player Evie Collier. Angharad made it back from 2-0 down to team mate Nicole Hall in the QF and then beat sister Megan 3-0 in the semis.
