Day 1
Lee Morgan and Conor Edwards were winners in the bands 3 and 5 respectively on day 1 of the 1st Grand Prix of the season. Dean Cundy lost in the final of the band 2.

Day 2
With two wins already in the bag for Wales it was up to our top senior players to try and emulate the youngsters. Naomi Owen and Ryan Jenkins didn't disappoint with both winning the women's and men's singles respectively. Naomi beat Lauren Spink (3-1) and Ryan beat Gavin Rumgay (3-0). Angharad Phillips reached the semi finals of the ladies losing to Commonwealth team mate Naomi 1-3. Charlotte lost to the same player in Naomi in the Q-final stage 0-3. Megan had a great run in the U21 singles losing to England’s Karina LeFevre close.
