With the team event coming to a close it is always nice to go out with wins. On Monday morning Charlotte and Nicole did just that with a 3-0 win against Norway in the 9am match.
Charlotte started well with a easy 3-0 victory against Berner and Nicole followed suit with the same score line versus Stine Folkeson, who was feeling ill on court and had to stop for 5 minutes. The pair had their hunger for success back.
They combined against the Norwegian females to secure the doubles win 3-1 (9-11, 11-8, 11-4, 12-10).

The second match of the day saw us revisit the team we beat first of all in the tournament, Bulgaria.
After losing the toss, Charlotte was played at the number 2 position and beat their number one Gabriela Valchanova 3-0. Nicole had a titanic match against Krasimira Yovkova losing 10-12, 9-11, 12-10, 14-12, 12-14. Nicole dusted herself off to help win the doubles 3-0 with Charlotte and then go straight back on to reverse her loss against the number 2 to beat the number one 3-0!
