Due to domestic problems Gareth Evans has resigned as Regional Director for the South West Wales area. Tim Evans and Stan Eastwood will cover his duties until a replacement is found. The Table Tennis Association of Wales Ltd wishes Gareth all the best in the future.

Volunteer Development and Recognition
The position would involve:
Establishing and implementing a national strategy and procedures for volunteers including
Recruitment
Retention
Recognition
Vetting in conjunction with the vice chair
To keep volunteer records
To contribute generally to all TTAW business and strategic planning in board meetings
The second position is for a person to run the Team Championships of Wales which will include:
sending out entry forms at the beginning of the season to Leagues and Clubs
Booking facilities (most at WIS, local people will help with non WIS bookings)
To Run the events on the Day ( or find suitable person to deputise)
To keep records of the results and post results on the web site.
