Current fees

  • 2010-11 Community Club Affiliation: £11 per club
    for Community Clubs and their players who only play in the Club setting.
  • 2010-11 Full Affiliation: £12.00
    for all players who play in a League in Wales.
  • 2010-11 Player’s Licence (Welsh licence): £12.50 If you intend to play in the Welsh League, any of the Home Counties (England, Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands), or internationally, you need a Welsh licence and full affliation (see above).
  • Why affiliate?

    You must be affiliated if you want to play competitively, even if only at local level.

    Affiliation to the Table Tennis Association of Wales entitles you to:

    • liability insurance
    • participation in various competitions, including the Welsh Closed, the Team Championship of Wales and English Tournaments (full affiliates only)
    • coach training
    • umpire training

    In addition, your affiliation fee helps with various other activities undertaken by the TTAW:

    • organisation and maintenance of national representative teams
    • organisation of Dragon Tournaments for young beginners
    • organisation of School leagues and events
    • development assistance to clubs and leagues
    • running of the ranking system
    • the TTAW website
    • the TTAW newsletter

    TTAW also provides a voice for our sport to the Sports Council for Wales, British Table Tennis Federation (BTTF), European Table Tennis Union (ETTU), Commonwealth Games Table Tennis Federation (CGTTF), International Table Tennis federation (ITTF) and the Commonwealth Games Council for Wales (CGCW.
